Clause 1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the triton7 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please stop using the platform immediately.

This agreement is in effect between you as a registered member and triton7 as the platform operator. Continued use of the triton7 platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Clause 2 Member Eligibility

triton7 services are only open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old. triton7 does not accept registrations from individuals below that age.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally qualified to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an employee: triton7 staff, their immediate family members and related parties are not eligible to register as members.
• No active account: Anyone who already holds an active triton7 account is not permitted to register a new account.

Clause 3 Account Registration and Management

Each member is allowed one account only. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts along with a freeze on balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name as per your MyKad, a valid mobile phone number and an active email address. triton7 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by a member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Clause 4 Deposits and Payment Methods

triton7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50 regardless of the method chosen.

All deposits must come from a legitimate source in the name of the registered member. triton7 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity or financial fraud.

Clause 5 Withdrawals

Members may submit a withdrawal request for a minimum amount of RM100. Qualifying withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes once verification has been completed.

Withdrawals will be channelled through the same method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances where triton7 may determine a suitable alternative method.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account in the name of the registered member.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be approved.
• triton7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a specified amount.
• Failed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate account information are entirely the member's responsibility.

Clause 6 Bonuses and Promotions

triton7 offers various bonuses to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be read and understood before being accepted.

The triton7 welcome bonus provides a 120% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220 with a wagering requirement of RM3,000 (RM120 × 25) before any withdrawal from that bonus is permitted. For a deposit of RM600, a bonus of RM300 is given with a total balance of RM900 and a wagering requirement of RM7,500 (RM300 × 25).

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirements have been met may be withdrawn.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• triton7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between members.

Clause 7 Responsible Gambling

triton7 is committed to responsible gambling practices. This platform is for entertainment only and is not a source of income. You are encouraged to set reasonable spending limits and to bet only with money you can afford to lose.

If you feel that your gambling habits are beginning to have a negative impact on your personal life, finances or relationships, please contact the triton7 support team for assistance. We provide options for deposit limits, temporary self-exclusion and account closure upon member request.

Clause 8 Prohibited Use and Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the triton7 platform:

• Money laundering: Using the platform to process funds obtained illegally.
• Fraud: Any form of fraud including the use of automation software, bots or other techniques to gain an unfair advantage.
• System interference: Attempts to disrupt, hack or breach the security of the triton7 platform.
• Fake accounts: Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without authorisation.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system dishonestly.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account and legal action where applicable.

Clause 9 Account Suspension and Closure

triton7 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• A request from a competent authority.
• An extended period of inactivity in accordance with triton7's inactive account policy.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Clause 10 Disclaimer of Liability

The triton7 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the service runs without interruption, triton7 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, system disruptions or maintenance periods.

triton7 is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connection drops during a gaming session.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member.
• Use of the account by a third party due to the member's failure to keep their password confidential.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by factors beyond triton7's control.

Clause 11 Amendments to these Terms

triton7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

We will make every effort to notify members of significant changes via a notice on the website or by email. However, it is the member's responsibility to review these terms from time to time. Continued use of the triton7 platform after an amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Clause 12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

triton7 operates under a valid international licence. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which this platform is licensed.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the triton7 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the relevant parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant regulatory body.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be considered severed and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
